Get to Know Tunisia From Port El Kantaoui

Considering your next holiday abroad? You might want to look at what Tunisia has to offer, particularly the resort of Port El Kantaoui.
This particular destination can be found in central Tunisia a mere 10 km from Sousse, and would be ideal for anyone looking for a break that has a little something for everyone, regardless of their tastes and interests.
Port El Kantaoui is a very popular destination among European tourists - and with good reason.
If you're keen to spend as much time outside in the Tunisian sunshine, you'll definitely be in your element here. For some seaside fun, make your way to the renowned beach of Boujaffar, which can be found nestled between Port El Kantaoui and Sousse.
You will find mock pirate ships and a wide range of water sports facilities, including provisions for jet-skiing, paragliding, windsurfing and water-skiing.
If you prefer to take things a little easier, you can always just rent a pedalo, or simply sit on the beach, soaking up the sun.

Beaches aside, you can also relax and unwind out in the open at one of the bars to be found here, as well as make your way out on to the open water in a boat or alternatively head off for a few rounds of golf at one of the local courses.
However, if you are more taken with the idea of exploring boutiques and shops, picking up a few souvenirs of your latest trip along the way, you won't be disappointed.
Port El Kantaoui has these kinds of stores in abundance, and you can round off a hard day's shopping with a sit-down meal and a refreshing drink at one of the many cafes and restaurants here.
What's more, you will also be able to familiarise yourself with some traditional Andalucian style at the resort, which has been tastefully decorated with this aesthetic in mind. Keep your eyes open for Spanish quaysides, beautiful arches and narrow cobbled pathways.
If you're travelling with young children and are worried about keeping them entertained, there is much to do. You might want to head to the Aqua Palace, where slides and wave pools can be found.
An amusement park is also situated nearby, complete with a rollercoaster, fairytale rides and a playground.
Make time on your holiday to spend a day at the Hergla Karting Park as well, which kids with dreams of becoming a racing driver are sure to thoroughly enjoy.
